PRIVACY NOTICE

This notice describes VINDOC’s Early Access and Get Involved website forms. It does not cover a future member portal, identity-verification service, paid course, or complaint-reporting platform. Those services will need their own disclosures before they open.
Information you provide
The Early Access form asks for your name, email address, state, and selected interests. The Get Involved form asks for your name, email address, selected involvement options, and, if provided, your organization or profession and message. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment details, identity documents, children’s information, confidential case materials, or sensitive medical or legal records. These forms are not a confidential reporting channel.
How information is used
Early Access details are used to organize interest in VINDOC, plan launch activities, and send the launch updates you request. Get Involved details are used to review and respond to your inquiry. Submitting a Get Involved inquiry alone does not subscribe you to launch marketing emails.
Hosting, forms, and technical information
When forms are enabled, the website’s hosting and form-processing services receive and store submissions. Authorized VINDOC personnel may export them to manage inquiries and launch communications. Hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request times, and access logs to deliver and protect the website.
The private ChatGPT-hosted review version does not accept form submissions. Signing in to that preview is handled by its hosting provider under that provider’s policies.
Cookies and tracking
The current website code does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics. Hosting, authentication, or security providers may use cookies or similar tools to operate their services. If VINDOC adds analytics, advertising, payments, or identity verification, this notice will be reviewed before those features are activated.
Sharing
VINDOC does not sell form submissions or provide them for third-party advertising. Information may be processed by providers supporting hosting, form collection, storage, and email delivery, or disclosed when legally required or necessary to address fraud, misuse, or security threats. Submitted messages are not posted publicly by these forms.
Retention and security
VINDOC’s policy is to retain submitted information only as needed for the stated purposes or applicable recordkeeping obligations and to limit access to people who need it for those purposes. No website or email transmission is completely secure. Please limit your message to the information needed for your inquiry.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may browse without submitting a form. Launch emails must include a way to unsubscribe. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to identity verification and applicable legal exceptions. For privacy requests, email hello@vindocnetwork.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Do not send identity documents by email or through the website forms. VINDOC will review requests under applicable law.
Children
The signup and inquiry forms are intended for adults age 18 or older. Please do not submit information on behalf of a child.
Updates
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes to how already-collected information is used will be handled with any notice or choice required by applicable law.
